Shipping & Return Policies

Shipping Policy


We offer nationwide shipping to 49 states within the United States for all Cannabis Seeds. Unfortunately we are unable to ship to Idaho at this time.

 

All hemp-derived goods only ship to Minnesota currently.

All orders are processed within 24 hours, Monday - Friday. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday through Sunday will be prepped and sent the following Monday. Expect 2-5 business days to receive your package. 

 

If an item goes on back order, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

 

We are centrally located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. You will receive your order within 2-5 days of shipping. At this time, we are only shipping to Minnesota addresses. 

 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Online Orders

All orders made by you through the website or phone are subject to acceptance. We may choose not to accept your order for any reason.

If the goods you wish to order are not available in stock, we will contact you by email and you will have the option to:

• wait until the goods are available from stock;
• cancel your order in accordance with our Cancellation & Returns Policy

When your order has been received, we will confirm the details via email (confirmation email). If the details differ from your requested order details, please contact us within 24hrs of receiving the confirmation email. The details will be reviewed and in some cases the order cancelled. Online orders made after 12pm on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.

All details, descriptions and prices for the goods appearing on the web site are correct at the time when the information was inputted. You should check any received goods on arrival to ensure all is correct and there is no damage to any item.

Prices that are reduced for sales and promotions are only valid for the specified period. We reserve the right to adjust the price and specification of any item on the web site at our discretion.


We reserve the right to withdraw items from the Website at any time. We will not be held responsible by anybody or any parties for the withdrawal of items or for refusing to process an order for any reason.

PAYMENT DETAILS

The total cost of your order is the price of the goods plus taxes. 

Payment can be made via debit or credit card online and if you are in the store, cash, debit or credit card are accepted.


No goods/products will be dispatched until monies have been received.
A receipt or invoice will be issued after the successful purchase of items/products from CannaJoyMN. We are not responsible for any other importation taxes, sales taxes or charges that may be levied at the delivery destination.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Should you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 12 hours of placing your initial order. An email of confirmation of the cancellation will be sent to you by us confirming the cancellation of the order. Orders canceled after this time will not be accepted as canceled and you will be liable to pay for the complete order.

ONLINE RETURNS
Please note that this return policy is for online only purchases. In store refund/exchange policies are posted at the register. 

 

Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange once any digestible item has left the confines of our store. To be eligible for a return, your item must be a non-digestible product and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the unopened original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping the original item to you will be deducted from your refund. We reserve the right to inspect the product for tampering prior to issuing any refund. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Contact CannaJoyMN directly for any and all return inquiries and transactions. Any item(s) not in the original unopened packaging, that are damaged or missing parts (for reasons not due to our error) are not eligible for a return, exchange or refund.

RETURN DETAILS

Return your CannaJoyMN order to 4753 Chicago Ave S. Minneapolis, MN 55407  attn: returns. 

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

 

We highly recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance. There is no guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

We offer refunds of non-digestible items in our store within 7 days of purchase with a point of sale regenerated receipt only plus a 50% restocking fee. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within the terms of your financial institution.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Bob@CannaJoyMN.com.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

Exchanges are subject to the same rules as returns. The products must be in the original unopened packaging. Exchanges will only occur for items of equal value, or you may pay the difference to exchange for an item of greater value.
