However, CannaJoy LLC DBA CannaJoyMN may in the future allow third-party behavioral tracking. 

Regarding the Children Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), CannaJoyMN does not specifically market to children under 13 years old and does not allow third-parties, including ad networks or plug-ins, to collect personally identifiable information (PII) from children under 13. 

In the event of a data breach, CannaJoyMN will notify users via email within 7 business days, in accordance with the Fair Information Practice Principles. 

Finally, in compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act, CannaJoyMN collects users' email addresses to send information, respond to inquiries, and/or other requests or questions, and to market to its mailing list. The company will not use false or misleading subjects or email addresses, will identify messages as advertisements in some reasonable way, and will include the physical address of the business or site headquarters. We will honor opt-out/unsubscribe requests quickly and will allow users to unsubscribe by using the link at the bottom of each email.
